My Salem Class!

My Salem Zumba Morning Group! I love this class so much! We started this class in September and I have enjoyed every minute of it! I love that we get to excercise in a beautiful building overlooking the Salem Pond. I would have never thought that I would love a 6:20am class so much but these ladies make it oh so worth it!

If anyone lives in the area, come join us! Info on the side bar. It is just about 5 mins south of Spanish Fork Main Street.

My sister came to my class again and took some more pictures. They weren't too excited about me taking a picture of them this early in the morning. So thanks guys! I wish that there were more of the class and not so many of me...but I was lucky to get them to let me take one.

Coin Skirts

My latest craze...

I have a new order of Zumba coin skirts in! They are mostly all leopard prints! They are soo fun to wear while shaking it to the music. It makes you feel like your hips are going wild! **Just a clarification** I have had several people ask if you put anything under it...ha! YES, OF COURSE!! They are see-through! You wear your regular workout pants. You just put it right on top to add a little bling-bling.

Elevate Tropical Party

Last week the Elevate Zumba instructors put on a Tropical Zumba Party. We had a blast pretending like we weren't in the dead of winter! Here are some crazy action shots that my sister took. Thanks, Sam!

Elevate Mind and Body is a new studio that is right next to the New Fresh Market (old Albertsons) in Spanish fork. I teach on Tuesday/Thursday at 10:00am. They have free child care if you sign up for the month for $30. With a no contract membership you can attend any of the classes that are offered there. It is a great deal! Welcome to my Zumba Page!

I am excited to finally start my own blog. I eat, sleep and breath Zumba, so the least I can do it start a simple blog. There is a list of my classes on the sidebar. Find the nearest class to you and come join me! In any given class you are garanteed to burn anywhere from 600-1200 calories (depending on how long the class and how much you are shaking it!) You hardly even know that you are excercising because the time just flies!

I think what motivates me the most is the MUSIC! It keeps me coming back for more. We mostly do Latin but have lots of other international music along with it.

I have had so many people ask me about my music. I will post some of the music on the side bar that you can listen to. Also..I will make a playlist every once in awhile.
